Since 2012,

In 2012, there was a need for assistance in monetizing the Hip-Hop industry. Passionate individuals gathered around talented artists whose ideas they believed in, and we decided to get involved in spreading their message, giving fans the opportunity to support their artists, thus fostering the phenomenon. That's how Xplicit was born, in an apartment in Berceni. It proved to be a necessary project for several industries, so not long after, we found ourselves managing merchandising systems in industries as diverse as automotive, sports, or video games. The team kept growing, and we are now 25, having long outgrown the confines of an apartment.

Francisc is a valuable presence in the textile industry, bringing with him extensive experience of about 9 years. He has spent this time within the Xplicit Apparel company, where he developed his skills in every department of this diverse business. Starting humbly with basic activities such as packaging and labeling, Francisc quickly progressed to successfully operate printers and essential production machinery. His true strength is reflected in his ability to manage and improve production operations, achieving remarkable performance in optimizing time and costs. Moreover, he is an expert in selecting and implementing correct printing techniques, thus contributing to the superior quality of the final products. Francisc is recognized within the team for his commitment to collaborators and his ability to maintain a productive and pleasant working atmosphere. With a meticulous outlook and a pragmatic approach, he is always ready to engage in problem-solving. However, what truly sets him apart is his never-failing ability to meet deadlines. If you're looking for him, you'll find him around his desk, surrounded by a variety of samples and print catalogs. He enjoys testing printed textiles and carefully analyzing them, and his energy seems to be fueled by two coffees and a Coca-Cola, which are always within reach, perhaps a bit too close to his laptop. Francisc is certainly a key asset in the Xplicit Apparel team and a consummate professional in his field.
Nicoleta - The Iron Fist in the Textile Workshop
Andreea brings extensive experience in marketing and branding, serving as a vital pillar in our team. With an impressive portfolio of advertising campaigns across various platforms, Andreea oversees our advertising strategies to ensure we reach the right audience. One of her main roles is to take care of our brand image in every country where we operate. Our logo is in her hands, and she ensures that it is properly represented, reflecting our values and identity. Andreea is known for her remarkable multitasking skills. She efficiently divides her time between various projects and can juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. She is recognized throughout the team for her sharpness and decisiveness in decision-making. Despite her deceiving height, Andreea is a firm presence in our office.
